I'm in Houston and I have my RTD letter. I'm on Step 4 of the SAP program. Swift has a big terminal in San Antonio and I'm wondering if their Texas location has a different hiring standard than the national policy. Has any Texas-based SAP driver gotten in at Swift Step 4?
I got hired at Swift San Antonio terminal at Step 4 in November 2025. Called the terminal directly instead of the national recruiting line. The terminal safety manager was way more flexible than the 800 number robots. Try calling the specific terminal you want to work out of and ask to speak to their safety department.
