Marijuana is federally illegal regardless of state law. DOT operates under federal law. Your state legalization is completely irrelevant to your DOT test. The cutoff level for THC metabolites is 50 ng/mL. Two weeks might not be enough to clear depending on frequency of use and your metabolism. This is the #1 question we see here and the answer is always the same.
